Shepherd’s Pie
Braised beef tenderloin, peas and carrots in a rich demi-glaze, topped with mashed potatoes. The perfect dish for the meat and potatoes guy or girl!
Lamb Chops
French dressed. Seasoned half rack (4 chops) broiled and served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and a green vegetable. We serve our lamb very pink and consider it well done!
This is the closest thing to Ireland’s fresh salmon that you’ll find on a plate in this country. Our salmon recipe from County Mayo, Ireland is served with a sauce of fresh lemon, Italian parsley, artichoke and reggiano parmesan cheese.
