Itinerary:
Sunday October 5Th 2008. We'll fly Aer Lingus from Dulles Airport, overnight to Shannon Airport.
Monday Oct 6th. We land on the emerald isle. After collecting our luggage we'll drive to the cliffs of Moher. On the way we'll stop for coffee and scones. Midday we'll return to Shannon and check in at the Bunratty, "Shannon Shamrock Hotel". Dinner at the hotel is included. After dinner we can walk next door to and have a pint at Dirty Nellie's. Tuesday Oct 7th. After a full Irish Breakfast at the hotel, we are off to the Dingle Peninsula and Dingle Town. There are so many things to see, to do, to explore, to experience on the Dingle Peninsula, from almost 2,000 archaeological sites, to more fairy sights than you could fit into a year. We’ll spend time in the town of Dingle and soak up the local flavor. We will return to Shannon for Dinner. Click HERE to see a map of Ireland. Wednesday Oct 8th. After a late breakfast at our Hotel, we are off to Galway and Mayo! We'll stop to shop, walk and maybe have a pint in Galway. Then we're off to County Mayo. We'll check in to "The Gateway Hotel" in Swinford. Our hotel is just five miles from Knock! Tonight Boland's Bar in Swinford offers us a unique opportunity to express our Irish heritage in song! Dinner is included at the hotel. Thursday Oct 9th. After breakfast we visit the Holy Shrine at Knock. After touring Knock we'll visit and tour "Cong" the town where they filmed "The Quiet Man". We'll visit the Connemara marble store before returning to our hotel for dinner. After dinner have a pint in one of Swinford pubs. Boland's bar is Pat's favorite (It's Pat's cousin's pub). Friday Oct 10th. The morning is yours to have a leisurely breakfast and play an optional game of golf. This afternoon we will get a late start. We tour Westport, County Mayo's most famous tourist town. Then we'll tour the beautiful Achill Island. We'll visit a real rebel pub in Keel, on Achill Island. We'll return to Swinford for a late dinner at the hotel. Saturday Oct 11th. This morning we check out of the Gateway Hotel to head North. Our destination is Derry. Time permitting on our way we will stop at Yeats grave and in Donegal to shop for Donegal tweed. Tonight we will have dinner at our hotel and enjoy real Irishmen playing Irish music at the local AOH hall. Sunday Oct 12th. This morning after mass we will take a guided walking tour of the Wall of Derry. Our local guide is informative and presents history in an amusing format. After the tour we check out of our hotel and head to Belfast. On the way we'll visit the Giant's Causeway. While in Belfast we stay at the Balmaral Hotel. Tonight we will have dinner at our hotel. Monday Oct 13th. After breakfast you are free to explore the beautiful city of Belfast. This evening we travel to the Felons Club. Dinner is at the hotel. Tuesday Oct 14th. This morning we check out of our hotel and head for Dublin. On the way we'll stop at historical sights including Kilmainham Jail. We say goodbye to our driver and coach today. Tonight we will stay in the heart of Dublin at the Temple Bar Hotel. Dinner will be at the hotel. Wednesday Oct 15th. After breakfast the whole day is yours to explore Dublin's culture, history and pubs. This is the only night dinner is not included. Pat and Anne are available to suggest attractions and restaurants. You can catch the train south and go to Bray it's easy and inexpensive. Thursday Oct 16th. After breakfast the day is yours to explore Dublin. Tonight we'll have a farewell dinner at an old Dublin pub. Johnny Moran the owner of The Blarney Inn, himself, will be our host. Friday Oct 17th. We’ll have an Early Full Irish Breakfast at the Hotel. Our flight will leave today. We’ll fly direct non-stop from Dublin. We’ll take home memories that will last a lifetime.
Cost:
Join us for a just $2,795 Per Person Double Occupancy including airfare. Or plan your own air transportation for the land cost of just $1,945.00 per person double occupancy. Single Supplements are $650.00 and are limited in number.
Terms:
To assure your registration, return a copy of this form and a deposit as stated on the registration form below for each traveler on or before Tuesday July 8th, 2008. The balance is due on or before Thursday, August 7th 2008. If you are requesting a room without a roommate, an additional deposit for a single supplement of $300.00 is due with this form. All balances are due on or before Thursday, 8/7/2008.

Not Included:
1) Lunch is not included. Many people find the full Irish breakfast so filling, they eat little or no lunch. 2) Alcoholic drinks are not included. Some people actually drink less than others! 3) Gratuity for the bus driver is not included. It is given to the driver on the last day. But it is at your own discretion. A member of our staff will supply you with a blank envelope for the driver’s gratuity, so you can be as discreet as you wish at the end of the tour. 4) Travel Insurance is not included in this package. It is not required, but is highly recommended. For travel insurance to cover pre-existing conditions, most companies require it to be purchased the day of the original deposit. You can purchase travel insurance at several locations online or calling your insurance agent. 5) Dinner on one night in Dublin (Wed 10/15) is not included.
